COACHING

J. offers individual, parent, and executive leadership coaching.

​

J. utilizes an IFS informed Coaching model along with Their Intersectional Concept Model, Motivational Interviewing techniques, and coaching models based on determined need and personality fit. For example, a GROW model can be particularly helpful for someone with Executive Functioning difficulties, whereas a Solution Focused Model may fit well with a Middle Manager learning how to delegate or build things to scale. For individual, parent or career coaching, the focus is more personal based on visioning/dreaming into existence that which you hope for yourself, your career or your family. 
 
Please note: Coaching is not meant to replace therapy. Some exclusively use coaching and others seek both therapy and coaching.

Note: Coaching is not eligible for any insurance reimbursement in or out of network and would be private pay. Business packages can pay direct or set up a 1099 contract depending on scope.
